State Only

A feature of the State Only section is State Data Download (SDD) which allows the user to download the Quarterly Workforce Indicators (QWI) and other data files. It also provides an option to download data directly from the HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) site without going through the website.

User names and passwords are needed to access this capability in the State Only section of the website; they are available by request from designated state information technology contacts (SITCONs) and their backups. A list of the designated SITCONs is provided on the entry page of Partners Only.

Also in Partners Only, basic instructions on how to download the data files can be found in SOP 3100.0, "State Data Download" (PDF;File Size: 93KB).
