The Cornell Restricted Access Data Center (CRADC) is operated by the Cornell Institute for Social and Economic Research (CISER) located at the Cornell University. It is funded by a National Science Foundation Social Data Infrastructure grant.

CRADC offers an alternative site where the released Quarterly Workforce Indicators (QWI) are stored, as well as a collection of statistical tools that are supported by CISER. Users of CRADC are assumed to be knowledgeable statistical practitioners. It is a restricted access site, requiring a password, and use of the data is subject to the approval of CISER. In addition, users must contact the CRADC administrator, Pinky Chandra, providing 24-hour advance notice, to request any extraction of data.
