07/13/2010. MERIC recently completed ten briefs based on IRS migration data compared to LED data. One is a statewide brief, the other nine are based on Missouri's Workforce Investment Areas. 03/18/2010. Quarterly Workforce Indicators data were used to recognize trends in California's workforce.
These data demonstrated that California's workforce is aging and that industries which are historically male dominated are beginning to see an increase in female employment.

Census Bureau's Local Employment Dynamics (LED) can be used to identify characteristics of the workforce (individuals working in an area) and
labor force (individuals living in an area) to address issues like job training, commuting, and other topics related to planning.
